Notice: As of 1 June 2019, The rates for renting the club will be $50.00 for members.
Rules for Members Renting Club Property
A. Club rental requests must be submitted in writing and accompanied by a $100.00 fee. If the renter cleans the facility and removes their trash from the premises, $50.00 will be returned.
B. No alcoholic beverages or other mind altering drugs are permitted on club property.
C. Members may not rent the facilities for more than 48 contiguous hours.
D. Members may not rent the facilities on days when trap shooting or coon hunts are scheduled.
E. Members may not shoot exploding targets after dark.
F. There shall be no night shooting after ten (10) P M except for scheduled trap shoots.
G. Members who rent the facilities are responsible for the actions of their guests.
H. Members who rent the facilities must leave the facilities as clean, or cleaner than it was when they arrived.
I. Members who rent the facilities are responsible for furnishing their own fire wood which must be brought in with them.
J. Soft drinks from the cooler or refrigerator must be paid for or replaced by the renter.
K. Members who rent the facilities have the right to refuse admittance to any one who is not a member of their party. (the cemetery is not a part of the club facilities and is always open to the public)
L. Members may not store personal items on club property for future use.
M. Members who rent the facilities must provide their own insurance.
